Viable Placemaking's Director, Adam Place, was thrilled to present a lecture at Cardiff University in April 2023.

The CPD specialised in Planning Obligations and Developer Contributions Legislation and covered a wide range of matters including:

  • Planning Legislation

  • Planning Obligations

  • National Policy and Guidance

  • Land Value

  • Viability

  • Community Infrastructure Levy

  • Appeal Decisions and Case Law

The event was organised together with Sina Shahab, Senior Lecturer in Planning and Land Policy, who kindly hosted the lecture at the stunning Glamorgan Building, a Grade I Listed Building.
