Viable Placemaking are thrilled to announce that we are launching a new base in York.

Yorkshire and the north as a whole have felt significant changes in planning and development, from the amalgamation of North Yorkshire Council into a unitary authority to the significant affordable housing and viability issues facing development in Sheffield City Council.

Over the past two years, Viable Placemaking has supported developments in Yorkshire, Northumberland, Cumberland, Lancashire, and Durham. Our launching of a new York Office reflects our ongoing commitment to delivering the highest standards of planning and viability across the entire UK.
